Based on an 1989 Digital Reverb unit, the 1989Verb not only features the characteristics of the original unit but it also features a HiPass and LoPass to enhance the experience. A simple interface allows you to dial tones quickly. You can choose the patch from the dropdown menu or just simply keep clicking the arrows until you reach that golden tone. Whether your Drums need more weight, synths need more air & excitement, vocals need that warm space to dwell in; 1989Verb is a perfect pair for any retro fan! EVADE is a volume shaping FX plug-in for Mac OSX and Windows that grants the user surgical control over the audio signal by utilising frequency determined volume shaping. The benefit of a frequency based volume shaping plug-in is that you can create space in the mix by volume ducking only problem frequencies as opposed to the entire audio signal. This result is a more controlled and natural sounding mix, which is preferred by most genres outside of electronic music.  However this doesn’t mean the EVADE volume shaper can’t be useful for electronic music production tasks, as the plug-in can still deliver conventional volume shaping in just a few clicks and also comes with a nifty mid/side balance control and unlinked start and end points which is extremely useful for audio that needs to duck but still retain a transient snap to cut through the mix.

The Old School Black Metal Drum Library

KVLT Drums is a drum library designed for lo-fi metal & punk music. Drums were recorded in a tiny wooden sauna in South East Finland in June 2014. KVLT Drums isn’t a mix ready drum library, it is very dry, raw and unpolished, just like the legendary Black Metal albums of the 1990’s. Small wooden sauna gave the drums very unique sound and it’s got built-in cabin fever. Loads of velocity layers to achieve realism. With this kit you should be one step closer in achieving that Scandinavian Black Metal sound that dominated the 1990’s. Tama Starclassic Performer drums, Zildjian cymbals, Harvia stove & Hackman sausage pan were used in KVLT Drums.
