A stereo plate reverb plug-in capable of a rich variety of effects, with intuitive controls and efficient use of CPU and system resources. The RVB500 plug-in algorithmically emulates a mechanical plate reverb, still regarded as a mainstay of many recording studios, for a diverse range of effects including drum enhancement or vocal ambience – while complementing more complex or resource intensive convolution models. Economical with system resources, the RVB500 is ideal for classic reverb effects while still leaving sufficient power available for the most complex audio workstation projects. Intuitive controls including a sub-sample resolution pre-delay, variable time and damping, coupled with virtual reverb plate transducer amplifiers for enhanced harmonic drive at high levels and a Wet-only switch, for use on a dedicated reverb buss, enable a wide variety of processing options.
Echoes T7E is a faithful recreation of a vintage tube magnetic echo made in Italy in the early ‘60s. This echo effect unit is based on a magnetic spinning drum with both record and playback heads arranged around a recording wire wound around the drum circumference. This solution provides better stability over the usual tape transport with reduced wow and flutter. Since the main “core” of this effect is based on the above mechanism, we modelled both the mechanics and the electronics. Echoes T7E also provides 3 different playback modes allowing you to set different spinning speed or ever synchronize it to your host tempo extending the original delay length from ~310ms up to ~1100ms.
Based on research conducted between FAW and the audio research group at Maynooth University, Circle² brings you a new type of synthesis: Vector Phase Shaping. Unique and only available in Circle².
The first in Harrison’s new series of cross-platform plugins, the AVA Mastering EQ is a powerful tool for controlling your final mix balance.
The AVA De-Esser is the latest implementation of Harrison’s renowned De-Esser algorithm, used in ultra high-end post & film facilities worldwide. Now in the fourth generation, the Harrison De-Esser algorithm has been continuously tweaked by our customers in high-end studios around the world. Harrison’s reputation for “True Analog In-The-Box” sound is due to our unique development heritage, where we first created an analog console processor and then converted the processor to digital while retaining the sound and character of the original analog system. The AVA De-Esser implements Harrison’s 4th-generation de-esser algorithm: tuned by our users to detect and eliminate harsh sibilance in real-time.
