The new essentialFX Suite is a collection of 10 first-class effect plug-ins and is suited for all every day studio applications. In addition to high-quality algorithms, great importance was placed on practical icons for the individual parameters and the effectiveness of the function. The uniform operation concept, combined with low resources demands for top quality production, makes the essentialFX suite a collection of high-quality audio tools for all-around tasks.
Twin-L is a dual algorithm classic limiter. The aim of this plug-in is to provide a wide variety of shaping options. The plug-in is able to emulate the main features of two types of limiter: VCA-limiters, which is a modern type of analog limiter, and Opto-limiters which are vintage optical limiters. Keep in mind, however, that Twin-L’s limiting algorithms are not intended to emulate any specific hardware but rather to bring the capabilities of both types into a versatile plug-in. It’s also worth mentioning that the Twin-L is part of our series Zero Latency Processing plug-ins; no additional latency is critical in many situations such as live monitoring and managing automation.
NOISR MINIs – The same Multi effects from NOISR FX, only modular. Maybe all you need is the AUTOGATE for your background vocals. Perhaps you just want to process your Bass with a little FILTR and not have to open up that big ol NOISR FX. That is why the NOISR MINI’s were created.
This bundle contains all three of our plug-in products: the Brilliance Pack, TG Mastering Pack and TG12413 Limiter – in native or TDM formats The native bundle provides them in RTAS, AU and VST formats. The TDM Bundle provides them in TDM/RTAS formats.
SLM2 is a smart stereo loudness maximizer including “analog spice” and 16x over-sampling. The goal of the design was to maximize the loudness of the audio signal while maintaining transparency. The SLM2 DSP analyses every sample of the incoming stereo signal within a defined time frame and calculates the optimal volume increase. This guarantees maximum possible transparency. The overall loudness can be further increased by the following, optional clipper stage. Signal aliasing can be reduced by enabling over-sampling.
The VCL-373 is a recreation of an early 60s broadcasting limiter/compressor that eventually found its way into many mastering studios. 1963 marks a technological shift in that the famous diode-bridge based gain reduction stage was replaced by a transistor-based circuit that allowed for less THD and more reliable control voltage tracking. The plugin includes a faithful emulation of the audio transformers, the crucial feedback compression circuitry as well as the discrete class A make-up amplifier. Some convenient features including a continuous drive control, gain compensation, GR metering and a dry/wet mix have been added in the digital domain.
