Post-Apocalyptic Guitar is a sample library dedicated to the rhythmic timbre and textures of post-rock bands like Mogwai, Sigur Ros, Explosions in the Sky, Cul De Sac and others. The library contains two core type of phrase-based patches divided into a Yin and Yang category. The Yin category is softer, lighter, more airy and heavenly – whereas the Yang category is harder, darker, more distorted and punchy. All the patches are tempo-synced and can be blended in an infinite amount of ways.

With a robust and mighty sound, it’s a much more elaborate and powerful instrument than you’d typically expect to find in a smaller rural church like this one, allowing the sound to completely fill the space with an epic presence and grand tonal body. However, that all might be explained by the fact that the Schantz workshop is just a mile up the road in the same small town.
