Dronebox is a bank of six resonant, tunable comb filters with extensive modulation options. It can be used to create lush evolving drones or to add resonance to source material. For instance it can simulate the sound of the sympathetic strings of the sitar – great for processing guitar.
Re-Function is a buffer modulation controller. It records incoming audio, stores it in a temporary buffer and allows you to manipulate the playback positioning with 4 dedicated sources.
Re-Function works excellently on rhythmic material and can create some beautiful, shimmering ambiances with pianos, mallets, and guitars. Re-Function also excels as a beat glitch tool as it automatically tempo syncs its modulations to your host environment as it warps, bends and twists the playback of the incoming signal. Re-Function’s four main parameters, Filter, Placement, Window and Mix can all be independently modulated with variable waveform LFOs. This means that you can constantly, tweak, pump and glitch the buffer to no end!
Spinn is a four-band rotating modulation effect. It has similarities to, but doesn’t aim to replicate, a Leslie speaker (call it a spin-off if you like). Four rotors (one per frequency band) with individual speed controls, acceleration and deceleration times, adjustable size and modulation. Each band also has a velocity control, which will adjust the speed according to the band’s input level. Spinn also features custom amp modeling (clean or hot) and room simulation.
Modley is a modulation delay with effect insert capabilities, which lets you design the whole delay signal with several carefully selected effect modules to create unique signal flows. The idea behind Modley is to push the boundaries of what a delay effect is capable of – only your imagination sets the limits!
