What is Cumulus? Cumulus is a granular sampler which radically transforms sample content by breaking it into tiny slithers of audio called grains and reorganizing them to form new sounds. Cumulus is capable of a wide ranges of timbres: from evolving atmospheric soundscapes; to organic physical textures. Up to eight Scenes can be created; a Scene corresponding to a particular sample position and set of synthesis parameters. This are the latest installers I could find for Sylenth 1 (x86 is v2.2.1.1, x64 is v2.2.0.2).
There are 20 x86 skins and 1 x64 skin. The two Mopho skins have been manually updated to v2.2.1.1 by yours truly (I also fixed the up/down arrow graphical error the originals had) via resedit method. There are also 463 soundbanks–all in .fxb format (also manually compiled by yours truly). To my knowledge there are no dupes in there, but I may have missed one or two.
Alexander Zolotov has released Virtual ANS, a free virtual analog synthesizer which is available for numerous platform (including Windows, Android, etc.).
Virtual ANS is a full-featured professional tool which allows you to create unusual, deep, atmospheric sounds. With this app you can draw a complete piece of music, or convert sound to image (sonogram) and then make some complex sonogram modifications.

OCD DSP has released OCS (aka Obsessive Compulsive Saturation), a freeware console saturation effect in VST plugin format for Windows.
OCS is a saturation unit inspired by the analogue behavior. It can be used as a console saturation unit but it can have a more sporadic approach as well.
