Of course, it would have all of the best reverb units used by the most famous engineers: a classic white ’80s unit with its smooth and creamy tone that has been used on thousands of famous hits;
a modern reverb unit with crisp and punchy tone, to forge your own unique sounding room; a dedicated post-production unit and thousands of ready-to-use presets created by some of the most respected people in the music and film industry to speed up your workflow. Or… think of BREVERB 2
miniVerb is an 8-bit/chiptune and lofi reverb effect inspired by the sound of 80s game consoles and retrocomputers. Early consoles didn’t have much power for DSP effects, so the video game composers at that time had to improvise. The most common way to add a sense of space/reverb to the sound was to sacrifice one of the internal tracks to play a delayed version of the original sound, essentially using a slapback echo to add depth. The technique evolved and eventually, consoles started to take advantage of more power for real internal effects. miniVerb recreates that classic digital echo/reverb sound, made famous by iconic consoles such as the NES and SNES, topping it with two flters (post/pre), vibrato, and crusher (bit crusher, downsampler, pitch shifter).
A stereo plate reverb plug-in capable of a rich variety of effects, with intuitive controls and efficient use of CPU and system resources. The RVB500 plug-in algorithmically emulates a mechanical plate reverb, still regarded as a mainstay of many recording studios, for a diverse range of effects including drum enhancement or vocal ambience – while complementing more complex or resource intensive convolution models. Economical with system resources, the RVB500 is ideal for classic reverb effects while still leaving sufficient power available for the most complex audio workstation projects. Intuitive controls including a sub-sample resolution pre-delay, variable time and damping, coupled with virtual reverb plate transducer amplifiers for enhanced harmonic drive at high levels and a Wet-only switch, for use on a dedicated reverb buss, enable a wide variety of processing options.
Echoes T7E is a faithful recreation of a vintage tube magnetic echo made in Italy in the early ‘60s. This echo effect unit is based on a magnetic spinning drum with both record and playback heads arranged around a recording wire wound around the drum circumference. This solution provides better stability over the usual tape transport with reduced wow and flutter. Since the main “core” of this effect is based on the above mechanism, we modelled both the mechanics and the electronics. Echoes T7E also provides 3 different playback modes allowing you to set different spinning speed or ever synchronize it to your host tempo extending the original delay length from ~310ms up to ~1100ms.
An inspiring compilation of historic synth filters, turbo-charged as software plugins, and ready to meet the demands of the modern producer. Taken from the core of our award-winning synthesizer recreations and electrified with unprecedented mind-blowing potential, 3 Filters You’ll Actually Use opens up exciting new ways to explore your sound. Based on our coveted TAE® modeling technology, they replicate the unique sonic characteristics that allowed the original analog instruments to become the legends they are today.
Based on research conducted between FAW and the audio research group at Maynooth University, Circle² brings you a new type of synthesis: Vector Phase Shaping. Unique and only available in Circle².
