Here is our first plugin – the Sausage Fattener! People always ask us how we get our greasy sound…here is the answer. Hook up this fat bastard to your favorite DAW (AU and VST on both PC/Mac) and get dirty. The plugin is already used by Tiësto, Kaskade, Diplo, Laidback Luke and others (see below for more). The Sausage Fattener only has two knobs. But don’t be fooled. With those seemingly simple parameters you can create loads of different sounds. Use the Sausage Fattener on a single channel with moderate settings as a musical compressor. Turn it up and you have a dirty bastard of distortion. But you can also use the plugin on a bus (for example all the drums and the bass) or the whole track as a mastering plugin The Sausage Fattener is used by Tiësto, Kaskade, Diplo, Laidback Luke, Chuckie, Sebastian Ingrosso, Dirty South, Hardwell, Angger Dimas, Frank E, Zedd, Lazy Rich, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, Marcus Schossow, John Dahlbäck and many other DJ/producers.
Cans2Cones version v2.0.0, a complete revision to the headphones-to-speaker emulator with an improved algorithm and added features. Cans2Cones is designed to help a listener make better mixes when monitoring through headphones Cans2Cones applies Interaural Time and Amplitude Difference (ITD and ITA) information to a stereo signal that emulates the distance and spacing of loudspeakers in a treated room. A special feature of Cans2Cones is a dynamic de-compression control which helps to overcome the compressed “in your head” sound that can occur due to the close proximity of headphone drivers to the eardrums.
Supercharger GT is a compressor inspired by the rich, tube-driven sound of a boutique hardware unit. A feature-rich follow-up to the Supercharger compressor released in December 2013, Supercharger GT goes beyond modern tube compression by adding dedicated Saturation and Character modes and additional controls for complete sonic fine-tuning. Supercharger GT was designed for simple yet comprehensive sound shaping. Producers can quickly dial in a wide range of compression effects using a single ‘Compress’ knob. The effect’s automatic make-up gain allows them to stay focused on the sound of the effect without having to compensate for the drop in volume compression can sometimes cause. Pre-set Attack and Release settings provide a starting point for setting Supercharger GT’s response to incoming signals – producers can start with Punch, Gentle, and Slam modes. Dedicated Attack and Release controls allow an additional degree of fine-tuning.
Easy & Creative Tone: Toned-MAX is a versatile digital equalizer plugin with analog modeling. Although Toned-MAX can be used creatively on individual tracks, it shines at mastering and bus tracks. More than a basic EQ, Toned-MAX includes many different visual features for monitoring the signal, and controls for shaping the output.
Cascade is based on highly esoteric vintage components combined in a truly unique circuitry. It is anything but your typical audio processor. Cascade is an amazing toolbox which will open the world for creating the most interesting sound flavors. The beauty of this approach is that it did not have to follow any rules at all. Cascade uses very interesting NOS (New Old Stock) components which are everything but standard in audio applications, and the novel circuitry is a creative celebration of its own. All in all, this gives you the perfect basis for creating truly wonderful, new and unheard sounds. Now you can spice up virtual and natural instruments at ease, transmuting standard sounds with all kinds of gritty, organic and aged flavours. There are no right or wrong settings: Saturation, harmonics, distortion, colouration, filtering, interaction, anything goes, and experimenting is as much encouraged as it is rewarding.
