PreAMPed is an audio plugin that recreates many of the qualities of analog preamplifiers. This includes subtle EQ response curves, low- and high- frequency saturation, differences between left and right signals, crosstalk, noise, transformer/coil impulse response, and saturation and EQ changes due to gain changes.
HotPhuzz is a saturation designer plugin. It is a creative tool that specializes in the creation of distinct saturation tones. HotPhuzz uses a multiband distortion process to create vintage, modern, and unique saturation effects. Although HotPhuzz can be pushed into over distortion, it excels at creating more moderate saturation sounds. You can call the sounds whatever terms you like, but it still sounds good.
This plug-in uses unique technology for stereo enhancement. Unlike traditional techniques that can introduce phasing and inversion effects. UpStereo Pro uses spectral processing and is engineered to shift actual pan locations of sound around the stereo field. The punch and sizzle parameters finely control the transient attack and intensity of bass and top end. The equaliser fine tunes your mix with easy to control spline editing, and uses linear processing to ensure the sharpest and cleanest results. The shape control replaces the ‘Loud’ button of the old UpStereo with smooth adjustments from subtle to exteme and distorted.
SuperSizer MBC is a “high precision multiple band compressor” specially designed for mastering stereo tracks. It comes with six “SuperSizer” stages and five “high-end phase-shifting-free” and “resonance-free” bandpass filters designed with StarPlugs’ pd quantum-filter technology. SuperSizer MBC divides the input signal into five frequency bands that can be attenuated and supersized independently. The five frequency bands are then mixed and sent to an extra “MasterSuperSizer” stage.

Our next step in emulating classic analogue synthesizer sound! UNCLE SAM is the big brother of our SAM plugin, again featuring our VAE* technique to emulate analog circuit instabilities. This is the plugin version of how the musicians wished the Oberheim™ SEM module to be in that past times! We kept the warm sound and the clearly laid out user interface of the predecessor SAM and added all this nice functions, which where to expensive to realize in hardware in that time. UNCLE SAM now has full equipped envelopes , a third oscillator, a ring modulator and an effect unit with delay and chorus. There is a third envelope to control the volume of the ring modulator / noise source and/or the pitch of VCO2 . The third VCO can run as a sub osc or tuned between the fine tune settings of the two main VCOs. There is an adjustable amplifier stage for all OSCs together with the ability to saturate the filter.
Volume Balancer is a shareware utility which adjusts the peak and average levels of WAV files so that they have the same perceived loudness. It is a 32 bit program that runs on all versions of Windows from Windows 98 onwards. It is primarily intended for use as a final step before burning a compilation CD from a variety of sources. Note that Volume Balancer works only on CD-format WAV files (ie. 44.1kHz, 16-bit, stereo). It does not work on MP3 files; if you wish to balance the loudness of these, it is necessary to convert them to WAV files first.
