Here you will find some of my VST plugins. These are based on plugins originally created a few years ago but have been re-written to share the same C++ code base. Additionally, they have been compiled as 64 bit plugins. My hope is to re-write most of my “freebie” plugins and eventually some (but not all) of my commercial plugins. When I finish one, it will become available here.

We took a journey back to the Golden Age of magnetic tape recording. We wanted to recreate all kinds of tape machines in software, from the ground up. After many months spent on research, measurement and on developing an architecture that would be flexible enough for the job, we knew we had nailed it… But we couldn’t stop there: We added the old noise-reduction systems that were often (mis)used for timbral compression effects. Then more heads and a global feedback path, which made an uber-tape-delay and realistic ‘one-shot’ tape flanging possible. Famirom is a sample based NES Sound Emulator that uses a bank of 60 Waveforms to recreate the sound of this Legendary Game System and its 2A03 Sound Processor. The instrument allows you to easily recreate any NES tones using a simple but intuitive user interface. The waveforms used by the plugin were sampled from two vintage Famirom game systems bought many years ago. Their sounds were meticulously sampled and edited to be as close as possible to the real thing. Unlike other emulations, Famirom is based on recordings from an original NES hardware soundchip.
