Ryūto (リュウト) is a Japanese VOCALOID developed and distributed by Internet Co., Ltd. as Gachapoid (ガチャッポイド). His voice is provided by Japanese voice actress, Kuniko Amemiya (邦子雨宮; Kuniko Amemiya). His software name, “Gachapoid”, is based on the name “Gachapin”, the character he is modeled after. The suffix “poid” on the end of the name is short for “like Vocaloid”. Thus, the full implied name of this product is “Gachapin-like Vocaloid”. On 19 August 2014, during a stream it was announced that V3 Gachapoid was starting production. On 24, August, it was stated Gachapoid V3 would only receive a “Native” voicebank, and therefore would have no “Extend” voicebanks.
