TH-U is a software suite for guitarists and bass players who like to do everything in the DAW. The previous version was TH-3 version, and the new TH-U brings more of everything: 15 new amps (94 in total), 14 new speakers (52 in total), 2 new effects (77 in total), a redesigned Cabinet IR module and a search function for presets.
It is a virtual collection of 3 amazing Lindell units, the 7X-500 limiter, the PEX-500 EQ and the 6X-500 preamp. They are all contained in one cool virtual 500 frame, which lets you use any or all of these modules, and you may even arrange the order of the plugins freely in the frame! Start off with the 6X-500 preamp to add a bit of punch and color, then add some tasty vintage 1176-style FET compression with the 7X-500 limiter, and top it off with some Pultec inspired PEX-500 EQ. Nice!
Godlike started out as a project to pass our time, but through the years it became one of the best Mastering softwares on the market. It easily rivals the well-known Mastering softwares, but it maintains a reasonable and fair price. There are several excellent quality Mastering programs in reachable price, but during long years none of them developed into the expected level. Imperial Delay was designed from the beginning with two goals: Be the most powerful delay, and be easy to use. As it turns out, those two requirements tend to be at odds with each other. Some delays give you lots of control but require you to get out your lab coat and calculator in order to use it. Other delays sound great with only a couple knobs, but give you almost no options. Imperial Delay does both. Every option that you would need in a delay is available at the twist of a single knob. If you need more control over those effects, you can enter the advanced controls and experiment to your heart’s content.
