T-Clarity enhances the quality of mid-range frequencies musically, and it’s an essential tool along with the T-De-Esser for any audio processing tasks. What is a muddy and boxy sound? It’s very common to have an unpleasant sound from 200 to 500Hz in most recordings and mixes, and those unwanted audio effects are usually referred to as muddy sounds. A muddy sound is mainly caused by not having the right balance in the sounds. Boxiness is a similar unpleasant sound coming from a frequency range of 250 and 900Hz in many recordings.
