The sample pack contains 64 8 bar construction kits made up of 3 parts, from dark distorted drum breaks to rich analogue drones to delicate piano and string melodies. The loops and samples have been broken down in to 4 main categories: Sci-Fi, Drama, Crime and Romance. Within each folder there are 4 tempo sub folders of 90, 100, 110 and 120 BPM. This sample pack is perfect for television and film composers looking for sound beds and ideas to build upon, as well as sample enthusiasts and mash up artists in hip hop, rnb and house.
Volume 2 – VINTAGE SOUL povides the classic soul of timeless mellow grooves covering the late 60’s to late 70’s, and is especially suitable for soul, pop & R&B productions as well as retro remixes. Each of the four volumes in the Old School Flavours collection offers varying drum performances in song form produced with a retro feel for that authentic sound. On each volume, each of 9 vintage kits plays 5 authentic song patterns. Each song performance is divided into 3 x 4 bars of groove, comprising of a main groove (chorus), a simpler version (verse), and an intro or breakdown, with each section ending with its own fill. These grooves are accurate in both playing style and the sound of the kits.
Vintage Techno DAT is a huge loop collection extracted from personal DAT tape recordings dated 1996 and created by a young Antonio Dilillo, the man behind Cluster Sound. The library consists of 1.2 Gigabytes of remastered basslines, synth loops, percussions, noises, effected kicks, HHats, snares and everything you need to add a retro look to your techno tracks.
Vintage Sound Effects Library is a 12 CD real cross section of royalty free sound effects from the 1950s to the 1980s. Available as a complete CD set, a complete library download, or as individual CDs, the library contains almost 1,700 professionally recorded sound clips, originally recorded on analogue tape recorders (mostly Nagras). These sounds have been carefully selected to find items or places that would be difficult to record now. For example, it’s not easy to record a horse and cart rolling through an old town – and there is nothing like the original old cars, trains and machines recorded in their actual environments. As a consequence, many of these effects are really unique: the warfare sounds or the airplanes in this sound effects collection for instance. All the sounds have been edited on today’s state-of-the-art equipment for use in the modern day studio – Vintage Sound Effects Library.
