EARebound is a full-featured multi-delay plug-in which has been designed to meet a specific need : to quickly create rhythm lines from percussive sounds recorded in various environments (natural, urban, industrial, …). Recording these sounds, processing them through (carefully selected) effects in order to obtain multiple versions of them, loading and mapping them in a sampler, placing them in space, … takes a considerable amount of time and can be an obstacle to spontaneous creativity. In addition, even if we are satisfied with the results after hours of hard work, this rhythmic grail cannot be easily modified, as we would like, during live situations.

Tines emulates an electric piano. With internal effects like a stereo tremolo, a multiband distortion panel and a subtle roomy reverb, Tines can sound like anything between a dreamy slick Rhodes to a nasty Wurlitzer (however, it is not designed to be a ”vintage” emulation, but a modern and playable instrument). A fine-tuned velocity curve makes Tines a true joy to play on a MIDI keyboard.

Baervaag* is a fairly simple FM synthesizer with one carrier and one modulator. The oscillator waveforms can be modified seamlessly between sine wave to pure square wave with PWM (pulse width modulation).

PressIt is a very sophisticated dynamic tool, best used as a master plugin, or to tighten up bus masters. It works really well on drums, but also background vocals or other stems that need to be tamed will fit well. PressIt consists of three compressors who work independently of each other. They are fed with the low, mid & high frequency band of the incoming audio signal. The compressor units consist of our unique algorithm from Korvpressor, developed together with engineers from KTH (Royal Institute of Technology) in Stockholm. They gently shape the three signals (with full control), and then sums it back into a nice unity. Before the audio leaves the plugin, there’s an optional brick-wall limiter to prevent digital distortion.

Pads is a thriving and organic pad synthesizer. It consists of a wavetable synth with a noise/grain generator and a high cut filter. With a carefully developed ”wobbler” that detunes the waveforms and makes very small inconsistencies to several internal parameters and a nice sounding chorus, this synthesizer is able to create some really interesting and non-statical pad sounds.
