Tape Breaks is back by popular demand with the 2nd installment to the library collection. Vol.2 consists of 15 RAW ANALOG drum breaks, with over 50 1 shots of Kicks, Snares, Hi Hats, Cymbals, and Tom Fills. This time around I wanted to give you breaks with plenty of fills, intro sections and the swing, grittiness and feel of a dirty 70s Russian or Italian Prog record. All mixed to tape and thru TUBE GEAR for that maximum ANALOG warmth and texture you can’t find anywhere else.

Native Live effects are completely integrated with multisample mode racks so that any Live user can instantly load these sounds. In addition, Microtron Tape 2 includes 50 Live Clips performed by professional studio keyboardists. Each clip comes preprogrammed with the multi sound Microtron rack for the most flexibility and editing possibilities.

Punisher is tape-style saturator with a unique way to control the coloration of the drive effect. You can use it to add flavour and character to synths, vocals and drums, or to entire beats or mixes. Most saturator plugins have very limited features for affecting the coloration of the drive effect. Punisher uses a unique internal push/pull equalizer curve to tailor your saturation effect to your track. This way you can, for example, only target the high end of a drum beat, preserving the kick transients in a very natural way. Or only target the mid range of a synth to retain its definition. Punisher is part of the upcoming denise ‘God Mode’ plugin, that allows full control over the internal push/pull equalizer curve and a blend of three different distortion types.
