The Small Writer, is writing software to create a music CD it with an effect effect in MP3 files and WAV files. I can set the effect equalizer, echo, karaoke, pitch adjustment, volume adjustment, fade-in, fade-out of the effect effect. The functional limit of the CD-R / W and CD-R to write to fade out automatically write final portion when writing the music CD is installed. In addition, there effects playback function of the audio CD, the function of conversion, MP3 files of WAV file with the effect effect of incorporation and WAV files (ripping), from music CD. It is effective as a tool for file conversion if you want to convert to put the effect effect to the sound source files such as when the fade-in, you want to fade out only the part of the rust of the song.
