This library captures the authenticity of a cheap, dusty, beat up, rusting, untuned upright piano – the kind you remember from your grandma’s house. We’ve designed separate string release and key release samples to preserve the piano’s eccentric charm. Our old busted Granny Piano captures the heart and soul of an old, run-down upright piano with rickety keys, a few broken strings and many decades of hard use and abuse. Sure, there are plenty of other great upright piano libraries out there, with their shining lacquer and pristine strings, but none of them ever captured the authentic beauty of a cheap, dusty, beat up, rusting, long untuned upright piano. This is the kind of upright you remember from your grandma’s house.

With Riva, you can create a random drumkit with the press of a single button and/or randomize all aspects of each of the five distinct drum sections individually. Riva features 635 factory drumsounds spread across five sections (kick, snare, claps, hihat and percussion). These five sections feature four layers each, which can have completely different settings and samples and can be played back in various ways (random, cycle, velocity and stack). Furthermore, Riva features two onboard reverb units and master effects, like “flair” which creates interesting sounds by using tuned delay tables as well as master compression, drive and tape saturation.
