Natural Acoustic Series – a studio collection of high-end deep-sampled acoustic instruments.
Steel String Guitar is a deep-sampled (3.000 samples) pristine sounding Dreadnought. We recorded both fingered- and picked playing styles of the guitar, including hundreds of natural fret and release noises. In addition we also created 18 morphed patches which blends the guitar with a variety of other instruments (including Double Bass, Bulbul Tarang, Plucked Grand Piano, Regular Grand Piano, Synths etc).The diversity of the morphed patches widens the sonic range of the guitar, so you make it sound like anything from a modified acoustic bass to a mandolin/luther, from a morphed guitar-piano to a more ethnic sound guitar with resonators.

Randy Kerber is a composer, orchestrator and keyboard player, who has had a prolific career in the world of cinema. The recognizable celeste theme in “Harry Potter” composed by John Williams was played by Randy Kerber who developed a unique sound for the celeste that has been featured not only in “Harry Potter I, II, and III” but also “Minority Report”, “Catch Me If You Can”, “The Adventures of Tintin”, and “Warhorse”.

We have listened to our users, and built an entirely new system from the ground up, defining what we think is a revolutionary novel direction in orchestral pattern-based sampling. Minimal would suggest a particular music style, and many of the patterns available in this instrument are very well suited for that style. However, we’d like to stress that this is indeed a very flexible instrument, capable of enhancing a broad range of musical arrangements and compositions in a wide variety of styles. Where Minimal differs from libraries like Tutti and Vivace is in its section-based approach. All phrases are recorded per orchestral section and can be used separately or together and in any combination, allowing for a great deal of variations at your fingertips.
