This library consists of a multitude of different percussive strikes against an upright piano using wooden beaters, metal beaters, palms, knuckles and fists. Pedal samples were also recorded to give each hit extra power from the vibrating strings of the piano. The whole package comes complete with a custom-scripted arpeggiator, built to give the user a number of options to vary their patterns and rhythms.

We’re proud to present Washtub Bass, our newest – and first of its kind – sample collection for Kontakt 5+. Front Porch Washtub Bass is the ideal anchor for your Bluegrass and country tunes. An instrument with incredible personality, the washtub bass is an essential addition to your virtual instrument library. Every washtub bass is different and we constructed ours to be most amenable to being sampled. Instead of a shovel handle, we built ours with a strong solid maple neck and used a resonant 15-gallon washtub for the bowl. To help fit the bass into your mixes, we also recorded every sample using both a “high” and a “low” mic. The high mic was placed near the plucking area of the neck and the low mic was placed near the opening of the washtub, down below. The mics are mixable so you can achieve just the sound you want – higher for more pitch definition or lower for more percussive boominess.

“Solo Tabla” is playable multi-sampled Kontakt instrument with two mic positions and advance script .User can have control over each sound as well each drum. Solo Tabla can be tuned up as well tuned down with the micro tuning feature on each sound. Right Drum when tuned down sounds like “Pakhawaj” (Indian Traditional Percussion Instrument), we have also included pakhawaj style midi loops just to show the capability of instrument. Bonus Midi loops includes – Basic Indian traditional style of rhythms in 4/4 and various complex patterns in 15/4 , 11/4 , 7/4 , 10/4 etc. It also includes various Complex kaidas in 4/4 and Lagi -Laddi Patterns used in “Keharwa Rhythm Patterns”.
