The Hand Tank Drum is the first Kontakt library featuring a very unique acoustic tuned percussion instrument with an other-worldly tone! We tirelessly played the instrument with different articulations and dynamics to bring the range of the instrument in its full scope into your projects. Each note has been carefully recorded with varying strength using fingers and soft mallets.
Atmosia is a unique take on producing drone sounds, using our 4-voice Recoil playback engine. Atmosia includes a set of 50 custom designed drone sources created to provide long-evolving textural soundscapes. The sounds are carefully structured to allow them to be used in a melodic context – they are much more than normal one-note drone loops. Atmosia’s powerful 4-voice dual-channel engine offers you the sculpting and creative power to use 8 different sounds in your final playback: Select any combination of voices (including repeating the same voice but with modified settings for phase shifting and beating effects), each voice then passes through the standard channel, each with their own envelope, tremolo and vibrato modules. In parallel the voices pass through our unique physical modelling style exciter and resonator engines, where you can define exciter patterns and speed, attack, release and length as well as define a re-pitching sequence.

GOA is a unique dark ambient soundscape generator. Its 25 patches, each provided with 8 layers loaded with picturesque autumnal sound samples, enable you to create eerie, unsettling, but also dreamy and serene evolving atmospheres instantly. All kinds of natural sounds, field recordings and musical instruments were used in the creation of this sample library. From the sounds of a river, rain or wind to those of branches, grass, rocks and various animals (even pigs!), from a guitar string played with a bow to a synthesizer, bamboo flute to plastic bottle, footsteps, or even a bicycle ride, this collection of sounds provides a wide palette of audio colors for shaping unique, never-heard results. All samples are 24 bit/44.1 kHz wav recordings, natural sounds and field recordings around 1 minute long and looped, tonals, pads and items similarly around several tens of seconds long, tuned and looped.
Dark, dreamy and mysterious soundscapes, drones, pads and textures for Kontakt 4.2 and higher. 37 NKI patches. These sounds were created by using various synths and an electric guitar, then layering and manipulating the different sources to create dense, evolving textures and sounds. All samples are 24 bit, 44.1 khz, uncompressed for better audio quality.
GDS Shimmers was the first patch programmed in the voice editor when the full system was returned to working order for the first time in many years during major restoration in late 2014. It is one of only three known working examples in the world. As a souvenir of this special event, the sound was captured and faithfully multi-sampled in Kontakt. The GDS was a derivative of the Bell Labs Alles Machine and was the groundbreaking 32 oscillator digital synthesizer to directly form the basis of the DK Synergy.
