Inside of Mellow you’ll find samples that span the sonic range of indie, soft rock, pop, alternative, and country. Whether you’re looking for forward, dry, punchy, warm drums, or big, roomy, springy, wide drums, or anything in between, we’ve got you covered! Mellow consists of multi-sampled drum pieces that were recorded and mixed by Steven Rutherford of the band joan. Steven sampled 9 kicks, 14 snares, 3 sets of toms, 3 hi hats, 3 crashes, and 3 ride cymbals from his own collection. Each of these kit pieces were multi-sampled offering multiple velocities, articulations, and dry/roomy versions.
