    George Massenburg is synonymous with excellence in the audio world, and in recent years, following the fame of their hardware, George Massenburg has funded “Massenburg Design Works” (MDW), with which he has realized two ground-breaking plugins whose features and quality are as outstanding as the analog hardware on which they’re based. In this MDW video course, production wizard Alberto Rizzo Schettino takes you on a deep dive into MDW’s two flagship plugins: the DRC2 compressor and the EQ6 parametric EQ. These MDW videos are designed for new Massenburg DesignWorks users. Eli covers the 31102 console EQ, the 533 EQ, the 73 console EQ, the 84 console EQ, the 81 console EQ, and the preamps (73, 81, 84, and 31102), explaining each parameter and demonstrating each one’s sound in various musical contexts so you can hear them in action. After welcoming you to the course, Eli starts off with the 31102 console pre-EQ, breaking down the various controls and parameters and letting you hear it on several different tracks in a small mix.
