New Gold 1 is a CD-ROM for the Akai S1000 Series Samplers which incorporates 50 banks of digital instrumentation. With over 1,500 programs, it contains a wide variety of instrumentation to allow the composer/performer incredible options. Over 182 megabytes, tons of sounds.
The Definitive Analog Sampler is the first, analog sampling CD. Legacy contains an immense collection of vintage synthesizers spanning the years 1972 to 1982. This 680MB CD has 187 multi-sample programs sampled at C and F in every octave of the keyboard and 370 percussion samples from 19 different synthesizers. Each sound has been carefully sampled direct to disk, and the CD ROM version was pre-looped on Infinity by Jupiter Systems.

Keep your drum tracks fresh. We give you the choice of loading in kits that we’ve pre-programmed for you or banks of individual instrument types that easily lets you audition which sample is sonically and stylistically right. These drum sounds were purposely recorded dry so that you could add any effect after the fact during mixdown and also (and probably most important) gives you the ability to have separate effects on each drum instrument. Includes punchy kicks, dull to crisp snares, sparkling cymbals, tight cut-through Hi Hats, deep toms with long decays and realistic rimshots.
