John Lennon would own at least four models, George Harrison’s double-bound 360/12 (the second one made by the company) defined a new tone at the other end of the audio spectrum. Its ringing sound embellished “You Can’t Do That”, “Eight Days a Week”, “A Hard Day’s Night”, “Ticket To Ride” to name just a few. Jim McGuinn made the bell-like quality of its tone the foundation of the Byrds’ early style. The Who’s Peter Townshend, Creedence Clearwater Revival’s John Fogerty, Steppenwolf’s John Kay, and many other well-known 1960s guitarists became faithful Rickenbacker® users. Groups like Oasis, Pearl Jam, Radiohead, U2, and other of today’s top acts include Rickenbacker® guitars in their musical arsenal. RealStrat sample-based virtual instrument faithfully reproduces the Stratocaster(R) sound from both the sonic and playability perspectives. RealStrat 6 is a combo of two instruments: RealStrat Standard – our original RealStrat model with loads of new playability features, fully backwards compatible to RealStrat previous version, and RealStrat Elite – the debut of our new sample set recorded from each of 3 Stratocaster pickups, having four patches and two tuning selections for each.
Swayed is modeled after a famous 1989 synthesizer that combined FM synthesis with sample based synthesis. This combination allows for the creation of some unique timbres—from realistic to synthetic, and everything in between. Patch compatibility means you can access the vast library of sounds made for the original hardware, in the form of SysEx files that can be imported. Patches made with Swayed can also be loaded into the original hardware by exporting them as SysEx files.

Terrace is an 8 time Grammy-nominated multi-instrumentalist, rapper, singer, and record producer known for his work with Kendrick Lamar, Herbie Hancock, Snoop Dogg, Stevie Wonder, the Game, Busta Rhymes, Charlie Wilson, Raphael Saadiq and YG as well as his own Grammy-nominated productions. He has made the MPC a key part of his production process. This device has long been valued for its distinctive 16-bit converter sound, which imparts a unique character and impact often described as “knock” to drums and samples.
