Emulation of the Shadow Hills Mastering Compressor

Sampled with ‘Prismsound Orpheus’ precision you will not be disappointed. Provided in 192 khz, 96 khz and 44.1 khz. 63 presets. Library size is 1.49 GB. 10 distortion kernels. This box is the stuff of legend for mastering guys. UAD made a plugin version that some users feel lacks a little bit of the vibe of the real box. Well today you can get a little bit of that magic back by purchasing this library. Get the transformer magic by using it with the UAD plugin . These are subtle but consider sandwiching the plugin between two instances if it is too subtle for you. Here are Bypassed presets, through the engine but not the transformers, then the transformers without GR and finally with some GR.

Nolard Spring Reverb & Tape Delay

P2P | 12 September 2024 | 1.13 GB

This great sounding spring reverb is unique among Nebula reverbs, because it includes a control which acts like a ’tilt’ EQ, tilting from ‘bassy’, through flat, to ‘trebly’. It sounds massive on the bassy side. I also provide a fade control which allows you to shorten the length of the reverb while keeping a nice smooth fade-out. These controls are both firsts in the Nebula world, and they allow you to fine-tune the sound so the reverb fits more perfectly in your mixes. I made ‘lite’ versions for use during mixing, that you can use to audition the sound and find the best combinations of settings on the controls that work well in your mix. These versions load fast and use little resources, so you should even be able to use multiple instances. The full versions sound better though, so you should switch to them for rendering, which is quick and easy to do using the buttons on the included custom skin! There’s also a version of the reverb without the fade control, and another without the EQ and fade controls. Those use even less CPU, and all are accessible from the buttons on the skin.

Tube Magnetic Saturator GE

Team ARCADiA | 28 September 2024 | 217 MB

Tube Magnetic Saturator is a homemade hardware piece that I built some years ago. DTE is the first library come from that unit. The last evolution includes a discrete input stage, a vintage magnetic-tape head circuit followed by a modern class A tube preamp with 6 valves working at high voltage: 300V. The magnetic-head is digitally controlled to emulate, in analog domain, different speeds and tape printing, while a discrete solid state preamp drives the signal to saturate it.
