The FTWN 212 D120 Cab Pack is based on a 1971 “Silverface” Fender Twin Reverb 2×12 combo amplifier loaded with the original JBL D120F speakers. The tone is stunning with a warm low end, a complex and slightly scooped yet articulate midrange, and a beautifully clear top end with nice “air” due to the speaker’s aluminum dust caps for added string separation and clarity. This cabinet sounds fantastic with a wide variety of guitars and pickup configurations and is a truly special and unique tone monster. This Impulse Response pack includes 119 Single Mic IRs captured with eleven hand-selected microphones and features 19 of York Audio’s famous multi-mic Mixes designed to give you great results with minimal tweaking for a total of 138 IRs.
Bring your amp sim to life, Did you know that at least 80% of a guitar sound comes from the speaker cabinet? All software amps use impulse responses to emulate the cab. The fastest way to make your guitar sound better is to use the best sounding IRs available. Unbox your guitar sound Engineered and mixed to perfection, these impulses were created using the cabs and gear heard on some of the greatest metal albums of all time.
212 BOG-OS” based on a Bogner oversized closed back 2×12 cabinet. “M25” based on Celestion G12M-25 “Greenbacks”. “V30” based on Celestion Vintage 30’s.
The MRSH 412 MV30-Dual Cab Pack is based on a 1999 Marshall 1960bv 4×12 cabinet loaded with the original Celestion G12 Vintage speakers. In our search for THE 1960bv, we auditioned four cabinets from various years with different musical journeys. There was something about this cabinet that had an instantly inspiring personality to it. Normally, we capture the best sounding speaker when making a pack, but this cab had two drastically different sounding speakers with their own unique sonic qualities that made choosing the best speaker nearly impossible… so instead of choosing just one, we had to capture both to truly honor this cabinet.
The VH+ 412 P50E Cab Pack is based on a VHT Fatbottom 4×12 cabinet loaded with the original Eminence P50E Speakers. The tone is mean and aggressive with a thick low end, throaty midrange, and a top end with nice bite and air to give your tone presence and width in the mix. While this cabinet is typically used for heavier music, its forward midrange gives a “woodiness” to mid gain tones and sounds surprisingly good with clean amps. This Cab Pack features 136 Single Mic files captured with thirteen hand-selected microphones and 17 of York Audio’s famous Multi-Mic Mixes designed to give you killer results with minimal tweaking for a total of 153 IRs.
EVML Classic Cab Pack is an impulse response (IR) collection based on rare 80s Electro-Voice™ Mesa™ EVM-12L OEM speakers loaded in a 4×12 guitar cabinet. Tight lows, full mids and smooth highs guaranteed!
