    Future Sounds for Razor Vol. 2 is the first in a series that brings you top shelf retro-future, sci-fi and cutting edge bass and pad sounds for Razor. Each patch is professionally programmed for maximum impact, flexibility and usability by OhmLab. This preset collection consists of 12 bass synths and 16 pad synths that will inspire you and your fans alike. Future Sounds for Razor Vol. 2 pushes the boundaries of what you can do with Razor, and these sounds are not like any others you will find elsewhere. Truly unique and original synths, for your original productions. OhmLab has embraced the forward thinking design of this additive synth and programmed 28 of the finest bass and pad sounds with some serious attention to detail. The demo audio features some, but not all, of the presets in the collection and there is no processing applied to any of the sounds–no EQ, compression, etc.

    This is the 2nd of a two part set. Here we have a set of band-pass and notch filters that were ‘based on’ a unique, vintage filter unit that was heavily used in forensic audio work, due to its extremely sharp notch filters which can precisely remove unwanted frequency specific noises, without adversely affecting the kept audio. Some users found more creative uses for the super-sharp notches and peaks, which could make unique phaser-like (though not as extreme) effects when swept around, and that ability has been improved here, using Nebula’s built in LFO to modulate the effect. There is also a pass-through program that samples the unit’s character with all filters disabled. Everything was sampled with a Lynx Aurora 8 using high-end Mogami cables.
