As you know, tube amplifying has many different effects on the audio signal like adding overtones, smoothening transients and so on. This tool will help you to design your own room impulse responses ranging from small rooms to large echo halls to small “intimate” cabinets to echoing soundscapes. M-ST is a quick and easy way of changing the stereo wideness of an audio signal or faking a stereo-signal from a mono audio. Just select what kind the input is and adjust the width of the signal – from mono to original or wider. Unlike a mono-stereo switch the channel separation can be continuously adjusted. Above 100% the stereo signal is spreaded with M/S techniques first and then additionally with filter and delay lines. The resulting signal is still mono compatible.
