In total, it includes four unique kits, one extra recorded kit configuration as well as several additional snares – all handpicked to ensure a width of tones that ranges from the rich, dark and boomy to the ringy, tight and snappy. To add, the kits were captured at a private high-end studio in the Los Angeles area boasting a massive-sounding but still not overpowering room, making it the perfect choice for loud rock drums that sound thunderously big but not drowned out by excessive ambience.

If you’re looking for big, resonant kits that can handle the entire dynamic range from the subtle to the explosive and offer tones covering the bright, crisp, earthy and warm, this EZX is for you. The Fusion EZX was recorded by engineer Stefano Civetta (Nile Rodgers, Ed Sheeran, Earth, Wind and Fire) and drummer Pete Riley (Guthrie Govan, Keith Emerson, Richie Kotzen) at School Farm, a brand new state-of-the-art studio in Essex, England. With its SSL Duality console, stellar mic locker, 24 channels of Neve preamps and, most importantly, spacious but not overpoweringly reverberant live room, it was the perfect choice for capturing the vibrant energy of the drums in this EZX. In total, four unique kits are included, each handpicked, tuned and curated to offer its own niched tone and flair to the project. To add, one of the kits was recorded with two different drum head setups, essentially giving you a total of five completely different flavors of tone. Further, with the kits boasting seven toms each, extras such as side snares, octobans, cowbells, a gong bass drum, several extra kit pieces and a breadth of cymbals ranging from 6-inch splashes to 23-inch rides, stacks and chinas, this is an EZX that covers an enormous width.

EZkeys Mellotoon v1.1.0 WiN MAC

15 individual instruments, all captured from the classic Mellotron keyboard heard on hits by anything from the Beatles to the Moody Blues and King Crimson. EZkeys Mellotoon is based on the Mellotron keyboard introduced in the early 1960s. This unique instrument was the first of its kind to include samples of real instruments, but as opposed to the modern-day digital sampler, the Mellotron pulled them off a magnetic tape loop that ran inside the keyboard. It came with various sounds for piano, strings, flutes, brass and is likely best described as the first-ever “band in a box”. Naturally, it was a revelation from the get-go. Early adopters included the Beatles, the Moody Blues and King Crimson, who all immortalized the unmistakable tone of the Mellotron in numerous hits. Today, this piece of instrument history is enjoying a massive resurgence in a wide range of genres. EZkeys Mellotoon captures the essence of this one-of-a-kind keyboard and comes with 15 individual instruments, carefully sampled directly from a model M400 Mellotron using a blend of direct and amped signals. On top of that, it includes a generous selection of custom effect and sound chain presets, giving you a completely new, creative outset to an already seemingly bottomless pool of awe-inspiring sounds.
