So they bought it, rented a truck, loaded it up, brought it to the studio, had it tweaked and tuned and then they deeply sampled it (5.75GB), wrote a gazillion lines of code and wrapped it in a custom GUI just for YOU to enjoy!

Despite being around for centuries already, its sound is still relevant in many musical territories, while still being inextricably connected to the musical works of its time. The English Spinet II library features an instrument built by Benjamin Slade in London around 1705. Slade is a manufacturer synonymous with the history of the spinet, known for their unrivalled quality which produced spinets offering a sweet-sounding, majestic and brilliant tone.

The instrument is also compatible with both version 4 and 5 of Kontakt, unlike out other instruments, and comes with a staggering FOUR mic positions to mix between. These include close, overheads, mid, and far mic positions, for ultimate control over the sound. Instruments are sampled with up to five round robins per note, with multiple velocity layers per note, for maximum realism and that extra human sounding quality. Each drum was sampled with different types of mallets/sticks, hard, soft, large, wood, etc, as well as trills and extra and even extended techniques included.
