The VTMC-M2 is not designed to be all mastering compressors to all people at all times. We believe that the pristine, surgical digital compressor has been achieved in many forms by many hardware manufacturers and software developers, and we do not believe in re-inventing the wheel. But, rather CDS believes in bringing something to the audio community that has not been done in this manner before. Philosopher’s Low Pass Filter

The MiniFilter V emulates the ladder filter (24 dB/octave low-pass filter) which has been one of the most important ingredients of the iconic vintage and modern sounds. The classic filter from our Mini V virtual instrument is now in a dedicated plugin: MiniFilter V. Add the familiar filter tone to warm or smooth out your audio, or to add sweetness to a sensitive recording. In addition to the low-pass filter module, MiniFilter V also includes a powerful modulation section which consists of an envelope follower, an LFO, and a step sequencer. A patch manager is also built-in, along with a set of presets to inspire your creativity.
