    DISTRICT XEO v1.0.0 EXPANSiON

    SYNTHiC4TE | Nov 22 2018 | 851 MB

    BATTERY / MASCHiNE / MASSiVE / MONARK / SAMPLES

Disctrict Xeo, a futuristic dystopian electro collection of sounds by the Berlin-based sound design and production studio IRRUPT. Traffic weaves from above. Skyscrapers clad with neon-lit signs fill the horizon. The music emerging from the city is cold and robotic, yet emotive – reflecting its futuristic urban gloom. Mechanical rhythms snap at whiplashing speeds, basslines squelch with funk, and mournful chords drape over pulsing arpeggiated synths. DISTRICT XEO recalls the classic electro-thrills of Drexciya, Aux 88, and Dopplereffekt, to the resurging electro labels of today like Central Processing Unit – reaching into cutting-edge genres like grime, trap, footwork, and beyond. The future isn’t pretty, but it sounds good.

How To Make Deep Techno 2016

    SYNTHiC4TE | May 23 2016 | 1.40 GB

S.A welcomes the Berlin based Irish music maker Chymera to the helm once again for another dark, twisted look at ‘How To Make Deep Techno 2016’ Using Ableton Live 9.1 we focus on slightly darker techno, still melodic, but with dark atoms, heavy stabs, pounding kicks and crisp percussion. We also look at live arranging using a controller and finally tweak the arrangement and mix ready to road test the track in clubs. Don’t forget you can download the project template and samples used so you can follow along and look inside a professionally created track. Don’t have Ableton? Well, we also have audio stems and MIDI files of the parts in the download folder so you can follow along in any DAW.

Kyhon has published a hallucinatory library with 172 Avant-garde, experimental presets. Those who know him from his Zebra² free library will understand the inspiration. Please use and try all midi Control Sources: aftertouch, modwheel and pitchwheel. If you use the Midi Control Sources you will find other completely new sounds. Regarding aftertouch: many of the sound require a long press! Kyhon worked very hard to create this futuristic library and wishes everyone a lot of fun and endless creativity. Many (or most of them) of the sounds start from note C3. (Note: You can go to his website here but be warned if you have Epilepsy there are a lot of bright flashing colors.)
