Focus takes care of all the wizardry behind the scenes, creating this psychoacoustic processing chain while keeping the effect mono-compatible. All you have to do is to adjust the filterband to highlight any important elements in your master you want to stand out. This technique can take your mix into a completely new sonic realm, making your kick drums punch through and helping lead vocals and instruments sit effortlessly in the mix.
Extremely Tight Drum Recordings & Percussion Loops in a Matter of a Few Clicks. Many modern music genres rely on groovy and danceable sounding drums and percussion. But because many drum and percussion loops come pre-mixed with different elements combined in a single track, it can be very difficult to make them work in a busy mix. We designed Percolate to help you separate and target the snare, hi-hat and percussion parts of such loops, providing you with an easy and fast workflow to create a balanced drum or percussion mix. Percolate uses analog modelled filters that separate the relevant frequency ranges in a very transparent way, and can be used in combination with our KickBox plug-in to target the whole drum or percussion section in your mix.
The Cyclone was born… A compressor diverse enough to glue sub groups, add groove to percussion, warm up synths and guitars, and add the final touch of magic at the mastering stage. Also our algorithm and code are so precise and specific to the task at hand, that the Cyclone is super light on your CPU, meaning you can run multiple instances with ease. The Cyclone interface has been designed for ease of use, with the controls laid out from left to right in a typical order that most engineers will follow when making adjustments, enabling you to speed up your workflow.
Lead vocals are often the most important element in a mix. To get lead vocals to jump out of a mix and not get buried in the music, a technique called ‘vocal thickening’ is used widely throughout the industry. Usually this technique requires multiple channels and plug-ins to achieve the desired results. When designing VoxBox however, our aim was to create a plug-in that simplifies the vocal thickening process, without compromising on quality. VoxBox helps you widen and thicken your lead vocals in a simple and intuitive way, while being light on your CPU and keeping your mixing chain simple.
VI is our first virtual instrument. We started this project with nothing, no sounds, no code, no idea on how to make plug-ins. We released the first version for free so that we could see if producers would like to use our plug-in. At the day we launched our website went down because it did not have enough resources to support all the requests. We then continued the journey and started thinking more on how to make this product better and more appealing to you so we are proud to release our new version of VI.
