Summer Ambients sound library contains 33 beautiful WAV files recorded with Sound Devices 702, Rode NTG3, two Oktavas MK012 in MS and stereo XY pattern. All sounds were gathered in different and beautiful places like forests, lakes, meadows or swamps. You can expect amazing ambients, textures, different birds, insects, forest during rain, calm and windy days. It’s a perfect library for designing background sounds. Everything was recorded in amazing Masuria in Poland.

Harbours Of Norway WAV

Harbours Of Norway sound library features 25 files with ambients recorded in Myre, Sto and Nyksund, very small towns with direct access to the sea. Most of the sound effects were recorded at night, but since it’s a polar day time of the year, it was very pleasurable to walk and look for convenient places to set up my gear. Everything was recoded with ORTF setup built from two Sennheisers MKH 8040. Inside this library, you’ll find a lot of seagulls, waves crushing on the rocks and plants, windy ambients from the cliff, industrial sound from port in Myre with ship unloading the cargo, walla with steam engine boat and additional sounds from boat engine market and air cooling aggregates from food containers. Every file was recorded in 96kHz, edited (i removed any unintentional bumps, pops and unwanted sounds). I limited EQing to removing harsh frequencies, or enhancing a little bit the good sounding ones. At the end of the chain there is a small compression, for louder sounds.

Metal Contact WAV

Metal Contact sound library features the recordings of various metal surfaces tortured with different tools. From touching things with fingers, through hitting with metal bars and up to using blender or magnets to cause the materials to resonate. It’s 136 files with total length of 230 minuts. 4.16 GB of audio recorded in 96kHz and 24bits recorded with Sound Devices 702 and two Schaller Oyster contact microphones. While recording this library my goal was to cover different needs, not only for sound designers but also editors. Scrapes and squeaks were recorded with different intensity and speeds, just like the impacts. From soft and quiet, through medium up to loud and reverberant ones. In addition to the regular approach of just touching, hitting and scraping metal parts, I’ve decided to record few experimental sound effects. Listening to the tons of water flowing through the dam by sticking the microphones to the buildings wall? You got it. Messing with guitar strings using blender and magnets? It’s here. Throwing coins and different metal parts inside cast iron cooking dish? No problem! This sound library includes recordings of different lids, cast iron dishes, metal pots, baking forms and sheets, bullet catcher, different boxes, cooking oven, sinks, fan, pans, different jugs, electric guitar, buckets, washing machine, metal parts, old doors and walls, road sign, handrails, cages and more.

Bunkers WAV

Bunkers sound library features room tones and ambients recorded inside old World War II shelters. 23 files with total length of 57 minutes were recorded with Sony PCM-M10 and Sennheiser MKH 8040 plugged into Sound Devices 702 recorder in ORTF configuration. Ambients were captured in small rooms deep inside bunkers, in hallways, inside old rusty water pipes and outside, between bunkers. It includes room tones with water dripping from ceilings, small pieces of wall falling on the floor and wind getting through destroyed walls. The whole complex is located in Poland and it’s called Wolf’s Lair.

Ghosts Of Autumn KONTAKT

GOA is a unique dark ambient soundscape generator. Its 25 patches, each provided with 8 layers loaded with picturesque autumnal sound samples, enable you to create eerie, unsettling, but also dreamy and serene evolving atmospheres instantly. All kinds of natural sounds, field recordings and musical instruments were used in the creation of this sample library. From the sounds of a river, rain or wind to those of branches, grass, rocks and various animals (even pigs!), from a guitar string played with a bow to a synthesizer, bamboo flute to plastic bottle, footsteps, or even a bicycle ride, this collection of sounds provides a wide palette of audio colors for shaping unique, never-heard results. All samples are 24 bit/44.1 kHz wav recordings, natural sounds and field recordings around 1 minute long and looped, tonals, pads and items similarly around several tens of seconds long, tuned and looped.

1979 Crumar General Development System, GDS Shimmers

GDS Shimmers was the first patch programmed in the voice editor when the full system was returned to working order for the first time in many years during major restoration in late 2014. It is one of only three known working examples in the world. As a souvenir of this special event, the sound was captured and faithfully multi-sampled in Kontakt. The GDS was a derivative of the Bell Labs Alles Machine and was the groundbreaking 32 oscillator digital synthesizer to directly form the basis of the DK Synergy.
