    Rattly and Raw has released Zombie Drum Bits, a free zombie sound drum kit for Native Instruments Kontakt (full version, Player version not supported). If you’re brave enough (these days you often hear this slogan), watch the video from above. Zombie Drum Bits is made in the style of Rattly and Raw, namely, with humor… The zombie interface is simple so any human can understand it: two buttons, one to select the sounds and the other to mix the sounds. There are 10 grave stones, each containing a sound type: kicks, snare, closed/open hats, toms, and symbols. “Digging” further, each grave stone has 20 samples to choose from. The samples are designed from a wide range of sources, such as horror vocals and phrases, found sounds, percussions and more.

    Handrums is our new library featuring a wide selection of Drum Instruments released playing drums with hands, fingers and other body parts. As a result we obtained a drum sound with a marked raw and tribal character. Handrums features two kicks, a snare, two low toms, two mid toms and one small tom. All multivelocity and with round-robins (up to five round robins). Depending on the kit part we used one single hand, two hands, fingers, elbow to get a complete sound menu. Also we added a nice selection of rolls and flames as a bonus. Handrums is perfect for adding lively percussive sounds and drumming to a really wide range of styles, including Pop, Rock, Rnb, Hip Hop, and Cinematic/Action.

    Solo Taiko Drums is the most comprehensive set of deep-sampled Taikos on the market – containing over 4.200 samples and 3.9GB. The library contains several larger Taikos (O-Daiko) down to a wide variety of smaller Taikos (Shimes) and everything in between. Solo Taiko Drum contains 60 different recordings of Taiko Drums and was recorded in two microphone perspectives (close and far). The two microphone positions allows you to sculpt a larger sound and potentially render Taiko in a surround environment too. The Solo Taikos also contains a variety of alternative articulations like different stick types, taikos played with hands, rimshots and clacks. In addition we also added a bonus sample set of Cannon Barrel sounds. It is common for Taiko ensemble to supplement the Taikos by playing on a metal barrel, which evidently symbolizes the barrel of a cannon.

    And yet….. another piano!! So whats different about mine you ask? ‘NOT a DAMN THANG!!’ For sure, its not one of these 50 gig / 12 dvd takes a month to load, vsti pianos. But I can promise, its nice enough for you to use for your demo work, or for playing out live. I started this projekt sometime ago, creating it at first as a soundfont. but as time went by I wanted more layering to it, and velocity sensitive release’s. So, my werk ended up in the kontakt format , and I really think its quite nice for being around 250 meg and 4-Layers!
