    Indie Fingers Volume two is the new library featuring Electric guitar fingered playable sequences, chords and single tones. Indie fingers volume two starts where Indie Fingers One ends, introducing a great amount of new tones, fuzzy sequences, killer analog tremolo “spaghetti” arpeggios and tones/chords, fast slides and lot of multisampled fingered arpeggios and guitar sequences. All set to offer a modern yet sophisticated edgy pop/rock guitar tone toolset, played on a Strat, neck position. Great when used in a pop/rock arrangement or as additional indie flavour to modern movie scoring. Arpeggios have been designed to be played together for unlimited combinations.     With so many great legato string libraries out there, why another one? We wanted performances that catered to… (yes, I have to say it) soaring string lines and dramatic passages by having the players really dig in with the vibrato and giving us all they had with the triple forte dynamic. This also meant approaching the sessions in a unique, musical way to capture the kind of singular legato we were looking for. Another focus was to dial things back with what we felt was necessary to produce credible string arrangements in a shorter amount of time. This involved creating a single, natural mix and omitting seldom-used legato articulations. We also developed a “Sustain Sync” feature that synchronizes the starting sustain with the following intervals/repetitions, which saves you from having to make adjustments to start-notes to closely match the intervals timing upon quantization. Lastly, we included a “To Silence” button that can enable the modwheel to completely diminish the softest dynamic to silence. This not only provides unique possibilities with expression, but also saves the need to use another controller to simulate a decrescendo to “niente”.

    Why use sticks when you can use ping pong balls? Pong Glockenspiel is a Kontakt Instrument made by recording a toy glockenspiel played with ping pong balls. Two velocity layers (hard and soft) are cross faded to have a smooth transition while the 3 round robin (repetitions samples) avoid the “machine gun” effect of sampled instruments. Tweaking the controls in the custom performance view you can alter the instrument making many new sounds. There are also two ambient instruments and two synth pad instruments crafted using the original samples.

    Microrgan is a vintage 49-key electric reed organ built in the 1950s by the Italian electronics company Farfisa. Rare and highly sought-after, the origins of this classic instrument are shrouded in mystery and our particular keyboard has seen more than its fair share of wear and tear over the years, although it still sounds good as new thanks to its rugged mechanics and simple design. We’ve captured it’s warm, humble and yet full-bodied tone with infinite sustains and tight staccatos. But to take this far beyond an ordinary reed organ sample library, we’ve also created 20 awesome sound-designed custom synth and special effect presets and 40 unique sound-designed ambiences that can be played chromatically as atmospheric synths, dronescapes and pads or used directly in your DAW for underscoring and texture.
