Our Kazoo library was created with our world-class kazoo ensemble, featuring some of the finest hand-crafted wax paper and plastic wind instruments that money can buy. The noble Kazoo is recognized as perhaps the very pinnacle of human musical instrument engineering, with a sound just as renowned for its subtlety as it is for its noble majesty. We gathered together four of the finest kazoo virtuosos in the world to capture this power ensemble collection. This brilliant sample set was recorded in our private studios, using a wide stereo pair of large diaphragm Neumann microphones to achieve brilliant tone and fidelity.

For the 2010 world cup we brought to you the amazing Vuvuzela library. Now in light of the 2014 world cup, and by popular demand, we are proud to bring to you STADIUM INSTRUMENTS – an in depth collection of over 300 traditional and morphed stadium sports inspired instruments. This library is the most complete collection of traditional and morphed stadium crowd instruments. The core of the STADIUM INSTRUMENTS library is centered around blurring the line between music and sound design, which is defined in the hundreds of morphed sounds we created, each of which fits all genres of music production. In creating this product, we used the traditional sounds of various instruments generally found in sporting events and stadiums to produce and mutate new cutting-edge morphed instruments. To top it off, there is a small collection of acoustic instruments untreated for your pleasure. A special voicing engine will split your notes and chords automatically into separate voices and lets you individually assign them to each particular instrument.

This library took a year to plan, prepare and record. Carefully choosing locations as recording sites and inspiration was taken from countless photographs, schematics and abandoned structure history resources.

In the late 60′s and early 70′s, The Beatles tried to innovate the sound of drums covering the heads of the snare and toms with tea towels to damp the sound. This technique became very popular but has lost over the years. Now that kind of sound evokes that time, and you can have it on your computer for much less than you think. It has 6 repetitions (round robin) and 6 velocities (from soft to strong), but the most important is that on every mic you have the real and natural bleeding of the other parts of the drum. As you can hear on the audio demos, through the mics you can hear exactly what is recorded in a real studio situation. In other words, when you play a key (snare hit, for example), the sound becomes from each of the 8 mics, so there’s 8 files playing. Is like having recorded the drum yourself!

The Container. A unique percussion library covering a wide range of textures, from percussive strokes, to rubs, frictions, and experimental techniques. 220 lbs plain metal container, and played it with all kinds of sticks and mallets, including double bass bows, super balls, hand drumming, and other accessories. To go deeper into Sound Design, The Container also comes with a wide range of sound effects, to give your musical projects a unique atmosphere. These sound effects where created using The Container as its source. In addition to this library, is our custom KSP scripted Granulator Synthesizer effect. This tool, integrated in each .nki instruments, gives the opportunity to widely experiment modifying the original library sounds. We have included 200+ presets, of which most use the Granulator.
