Please note that these require a fully licensed Nebula Pro license to enjoy. Based on a clever piece of analog hardware designed to give you a pad and an instant kick sound at the same time. This library came about through the frustration of having to use quite a few plugins ITB to get a good kick sound. In my studio I had lying around one of the EW Kick pads and decided to make a library using it. Using 6 classy preamps to form the basis of the sounds this library will give you a first class acoustic kick sound. Preamps used were GML, Safesound P1, a Valve preamp, Broadhurst gardens one, Neve 1073 and the 5033 as a line input. Two clean – no preamp settings are given as well.
Kick is kick drum synthesizer that allows a user to create kick drums and tune them to their tracks. It combines a synthesised sub oscillator and sampled clicks to create a wide variety of kick drums, percussive and bass sounds. With Pitch, Amp and Click envelope editors, drive, pitch control and the Nicky Romero designed distortion section, there is plenty to tweak. With over 150 factory presets and 40 exclusive Nicky Romero presets a user can access a Protocol sound right out of the box. In addition Kick comes bundled with 32 Nicky Romero clicks lifted straight from his productions. Other features include on board EQ, sub drive, distortion section and a internal master limiter allowing the user to drive the kicks without worrying about their kick channel.
kicks off 2014 with 500+ tools perfect for kick stacking procedures and getting those tuned low-end kicks. 201 top kicks, 201 bottom KEY LABELED kicks and 101 extra top attack adders. If you want to create a new kick, just stack a top kick with a bottom kick. You can also add an extra top adder like a hat or a short perc sound and adjust the volume so it’s barely audible. Key labeling the bottom kicks is going to make it easier for any producer to fit the kick in the mix or design a brand new kick and just build around it. EXS24 and Kontakt multiformats are also included for easy access within Logic and any other DAW. Don’t let the demo fool you. There’s so much more inside!
