Experience the Iconic Spring Reverb Sound: A True Piece of Recording History. We’ve dedicated this product to capturing the unmistakable spring reverb sound of this legendary recording unit. (Stay tuned! The tape delays from this unit will be released as a separate product soon.) Using our renowned IR capturing technique, we utilized two premium tape formulas—BASF 911 and 468—to deliver the best possible results. To make it even more special, we added an analog chorus effect (inspired by the Juno 106) to the reverb tails. You’ll have two stunning options: pure spring reverb or spring reverb with chorus.

Soldano SLO 100 IRs

P2P | 26 March 2021 | 13.17 MB

The unique circuitry that Mike Soldano pioneered didn’t just make the SLO-100 iconic. It is also responsible for the American high-gain sound prevalent in modern music today as it was almost four decades ago. These IRs were created by sending sweeps through the plug-ins and recording the response. The software files of the plug-ins were not tampered with in any way. These IRs are therefore not perfect copies of the IRs used in the plug-ins but they are close enough that you will not notice any major difference. They IRs are ordered in distance and position, so D02-P04 = distance 0.20 and position 0.40 in the actual plug-in. All of the IRs are in 48kHz samplerate, 500ms length and are minimum phase transformed.

In Demo 4, we made a Blind Test for you. Let us know if you can guess which one is which :) And please use at least headphones when you check out the demos. You will not regret it! You will get 12 different IR’s in 12 different peak reduction levels. 96kHz/24Bit Wav Files.
