These “Acidized” wav loop are optimized for use in any program that can load ACID WAV and WAV files allowing you to time and pitch stretch the loops to match your song.  Most loops are provided at more than one starting pitch, so you can choose the loop closest to the chord you’re looking for, which minimizes unwanted artifacts that can be added when stretching the pitch too far.
