Deep House & Jazz Chords is an exclusive Ableton Live MIDI effect rack that has been specifically designed for House producers hunting that perfect chord sequence. The instrument rack loads straight into your Ableton Live session and features fully mapped macros to change chord sets, add random note velocity, change the root note and add arpeggios. The Rack has been designed and created to help you play complex “jazzy” or “deep” chord progressions with ease, or play single chords across the entire keyboard range. The chords have been cherry picked for Deep House producers but will work great on any Deep and Jazzy production including Drum and Bass, House, Dub Techno and more. As this is a MIDI effect Rack you need to remember to add your own software instrument to the chain to be able to make any sound, but the live pack does include a Live set with a version of the racks pre-loaded with Ableton’s Electric (Piano) plugin to get you started.

Inspiration for this pack comes from a wide variety of artists such as Dense & Pika, Adam Beyer, Audiofly, Sidney Charles, Hot Since 82, Yousef, East End Dubs, Paul Woolford, Midland, Glimpse, Chris Lattner, Tom Demac, and other similar artists. The pack contains 222 drum loops (235 MB) split into 117, 120, 123 & 125 BPM folders, each with kick-free versions and variations for ease of use. Each carefully programmed loop pushes the boundaries on beat creation, each sounding as far removed from stock or standard House loops as Sample State could make them.
