The BQ-A based on Classic British EQ from the ’70s. With a surprisingly wide range of tonal variations, the BQ-A is an invaluable and professional audio tool with great flexibility and excellent sonic ability. The main of the EQ section allows four frequencies at any one time, switchable to one of four frequencies: Low Filter (Shelf): 50, 80, 100, 150 Hz; Low-Mid Filter (Bell): 250, 500, 1k, 2k Hz; High-Mid Filter (Bell): 3k, 5k, 7k, 9k Hz; High Filter (Shelf): 8k, 10k, 12k, 15k Hz. A series of three high pass filters at 18 dB per octave and three low pass filters at 12 dB per octave are arranged at the ends of the EQ section. They are unique in that the switches can be pushed in simultaneously, offering distinct cut filter combinations with unusual filter curves.
Skaka is a sample-based sequencer plugin for shaker percussion instruments. It has 12 slots, each with its own instrument, parameters (lots of them!) and pattern. We’ve built both the sequencer and the sampler from the ground, to optimize this instrument for these types of sounds. Each pattern contains events, with individual parameters like pitch, velocity (as in how fast the instrument is shaken), and envelope. With full control over shuffle/swing amount, an advanced humanizer function, internal awareness of in- and out shakes (yes, they sound different), using grids divided into triplets/quintuplets/septuplets, timing fine-tuning and variable sequence lengths, Skaka can get very close to how a human percussionist would sound in almost any tempo without any use of degrading time stretching or similar techniques.
Phrasebox is a phrase arpeggiator that lets you craft expressive sequences from MIDI chords.With its DAW-like piano roll, Phrasebox gives you detailed control over playback, far beyond traditional step-based arpeggiators. Notes you play are mapped onto the editor’s rows using customisable rules, letting you select notes by pitch, timing, velocity, or at random. You can also add static notes with a fixed pitch. Each phrase can have unlimited rows, each with its own rule for note selection. Modifiers like transposition and MIDI channels allow layered, complex sequences. The powerful editor allows advanced phrase editing, including repeating notes, variable row lengths, and phrases of any length or time signature. The controller editor handles multiple automation lanes with multi-channel output and detailed curve shaping.
