The usual process to record huge and broad guitars is to record the same guitar twice and pan one signal to the left and the other one to the right. We went a step further and recorded the same note not just twice with one guitar, also not four times with two different guitars, but six times with three different pre-amped guitars! As if this wouldn’t be enough we processed and layered the final signal with a special 12 voice self-made sauce patch from the one and only Dave Smith Prophet 12!

Xonex is a futuristic plugin that we have used time and time again to make a variety of beats. Xonex has offered me a variety of which are now my go to sounds ranging from plucks, strings, guitars, leads, pads and more. It also has a very cool and intuitive interface that allowed me to adjust the selected sound with just a few turns of the dials. Xonex is a go to in my book for a lot of modern genres we hear on the radio today and I would recommend it to any of my fellow music makers.
