#VORTEX is an easy to use saturation plugin, optimized entirely for processing and designing your 808s. This plugin has been used behind the creation of some of our heaviest 808s to date. It is composed of 4 unique saturation modes, each designed for a different mixing outcome in your low end.
This plugin looks pretty simple, but in reality, it’s a complete powerhouse for transforming the sound of your melodies. You can take 1 melody sample and dramatically change the vibe hundreds of different ways. Pluto is also perfect for processing one shots, synths, vocals, guitars, and even drums. The 30+ fx parameters on Pluto give you tons of options when it comes to sound design.
DSP compressor with groundbreaking attack & release qualities, separate i/o Saturation, and two optional tone circuits. Novatron is an analog-modeled compressor that borrows so many sonic properties from so many different classing hardware units that, ironically, it could only exist in the world of DSP. With separate in/out Transformer Saturation, two optional Tone Circuits, and a monstrous compressor with groundbreaking attack and release characteristics, the Novatron produces the same three-dimensional ‘solidity’ and tone typically reserved for expensive hardware.
The Tube-Tech CL 1B is a modern classic for a very good reason. As a vocal compressor in particular, its mixture of characteristic warm slow opto gain reduction and surprisingly versatile can’t-sound-bad operation have made it a staple across a wider variety of genres than perhaps any other optical compressor. The original Mutator, a super sweet stereo analog filter and envelope follower created in the 90s, was an instant success and quickly became a recognizable feature of the 90s sound. Mutator back in plug-in form with the same incredible sound quality as the original hardware plus all the benefits of a modern plug-in. The Mutator contains two independent voltage-controlled filters (VCFs) similar to those found in analog synthesizers. It works great with any sound source that’s fed into the unit, including guitar, vocals, keyboard, and drums. Use it to give a vintage analog sound to an instrument, create filter sweep effects, mix the original sound source with the mutated sound, and more.
The Passive-Active Pack is a collection of three very different equalizers, each with its own character and quirks. Together they make an excellent secret-weapon analog-style EQ toolbox. The Passive and Active equalizers emulate real workhorse units, used on thousands of recordings from past to present. The Focusing Equalizer, an original creation of Softube’s, combines these with analog saturation and a novel workflow, to give you musical results, and a wonderful sound every time.
