BFD Sleishman Snares is an expansion for BFD3, BFD Eco and BFD2 with 4 premium Sleishman free-floating snare drums. Sleishman’s system of suspending the drum shell without any physical contact with lugs and other hardware with a patented tuning system keeping both heads precisely in tune results in unique sound, sustain and purity of tone. BFD Sleishman Snares includes a 14″ maple shell snare (played with rods and sticks), a 10″ maple piccolo (sticks only), a 13″ rosegum snare (brushes and sticks) and a 14″ blue acrylic (sticks only). Some snares feature additional articulations when used with BFD3 and BFD2.

Session Drums Club is a multisampled library of world-class acoustic drums recorded with plenty of natural room ambience to impart realistic depth and an organic vibe in the rhythm department. The 4.5 GB of sampled drums in this Pack are divided up into eight Standard Drum Racks and eight MPE Drum Racks. Each Rack represents a complete kit captured in a great-sounding acoustic space, reminiscent of classic recordings of the past. The individual Drum Hits include kicks of various sizes played with felt or plastic beaters as well as snares, sidesticks, rim shots and toms. The ride, crash, splash and china cymbals as well as the hi hats come in a variety of sizes and articulations played via the pedal and tip or shank of the stick. Tambourine and cowbell samples are also included. The kits load as Drum Racks with eight Macro Controls for tuning, envelope and EQ for each individual Drum Hit. Each drum in the Drum Rack also has its own channel and can therefore have its own effects and routing. The MPE Kits are designed specifically to play well on MPE-enabled controllers like the new Push, where users can add extra depth and control by varying their finger position and pressure during performance.

X-Files of Synths Volume 1 is the first release in a new hardware-centric series of soundsets for Xfer Serum 2, all focusing on a specific sound or manufacturer. For the first volume we are focusing on the intriguing sounds of the competent sound of the Behringer Mini synthesizers: JT Mini (Roland Jupiter) and the JT-4000 (Roland JP-8000). To complete the circle of cloned Rolands we also included drums & percussion from the Behringer 909 / RD-9. “small synths with big sounds. here we take the behringer minis and expand them into behringer mega-evolutions.” The JT Mini & JT-4000 were sampled and looped with a careful selection from the basic waveforms & the most popular tones, to total craziness with randomness and experimental places where the limitations of the synth sonically starts to fall apart. The presets in the soundset were designed for three distinct types of sounds: old analog vintage, modern edm & pop, and atmospheric ambient.
