    Hexagon is a collection of 50 Massive presets inspired by the sound of Boards of Canada. Are you looking for beautiful soundscapes and drifting chords in a Boards of Canada style sound? Various older analogs have inaccuracies. Massive out the box has a clean/digital sound to it. We’ve  built these sounds from the ground up to include inaccuracies and defects inherent in older analog  synths. The sounds themselves have been inspired by countless hours of listening to BoC’s albums to  give you a rich bank of beautiful sounds.

    Massive Darkscore II is a collection of 128 high quality, powerful sounds for Native Instruments‘ flagship softsynth Massive. The patches are aimed at producers and composers who require fresh and dynamic sounds for their projects. They are perfect for atmospheric dubstep, dark ambient and hybrid electronic film scoring, but are flexible enough to fit in any genre. Growling and throbbing basslines, dynamic and sonorous leads, sumptuous and epic pads, rich and evolving soundscapes. These sounds take you on a journey from sweaty, laser-lit clubs, across exotic urban vistas and out into the farthest reaches of space. Think Skrillex meets Bladerunner, with a hint of Brian Eno.

    Massive Polaris is a collection of 200 sounds for NI Massive aimed at classic synth enthusiasts. The project was born out of numerous hours spent watching demonstration videos on YouTube of a host of great digital and analogue synthesizers from the 80s and 90s. So, if names like Korg M1, Roland JX8P, Yamaha DX7, Oberheim OB-12, Waldorf Microwave II and Moog Source fill you with fond thoughts, then this soundset might well be for you. This is not a collection of emulations of classic patches, more a tribute to those deep, crisp, lush, atmospheric sounds, with an added edge of modern synthesis options courtesy of Massive’s aggressive waveforms, oscillators and filters. Polaris is full of huge, sweeping pads; bright, elegant leads; pulsing, bubbling basslines and synth sequences; punchy, harmonic basses; plus, a few old skool synth percussion sounds. Massive Polaris is designed as a ‘go to’, workhorse synth collection. Whatever the project, there’s a beautiful, detailed and dynamic Polaris sound waiting to be used. This soundset is particularly useful for deep, atmospheric electronica (ambient, chillout, downtempo), electronic film scoring and also more club-friendly EDM genres (trance, house, progressive).

    Darkscore IV is a collection of 200 high quality patches for NI Massive, full of gritty basslines, energetic synth sequences, deep pads, roaring basses and dark soundscapes. If you are looking to add some deep, dark, driving electronics and atmospherics to your music, this collection provides you with a huge range of sonic possibilities. At its core it is targeted at the darker side of electronic film scoring, but is also flexible enough to be used in atmospheric electronic genres such as dubstep, ambient and industrial. The collection has been influenced by recent film scores, such as Total Recall and Judge Dredd, as well as the twisted electronic tones of Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. Each patch comes with flexible control via the eight macro knobs, allowing you to quickly control the tone and dynamics of the sounds and providing access to hundreds of new variations. Darkscore IV requires NI Massive 1.3 or higher as it uses the .nmsv format.
