140 Synthwave presets for U-he Diva with accompanying ‘Night-time’ and ‘Junowave’ skins…and for the first time the pack includes the Ableton sessions and all MIDI featured in the demos – including title track ‘Night Time Diva’ featuring Matt Sky on vocals. To widen the sonic palette has collaborated with programmer and musician for supporting sound design and demo tracks ‘Fight at the Arcade’ and ‘Hurt and Heal’. Also synthwave producer ‘The G’ makes an appearance with some presets to fully round out the pack, creating a large collection of retro analogue presets sure to inspire new music. The sounds are designed to be warm and lush emoting the smooth night-time 80s feel, with the occasional mean and nasty….and as always this will be suitable for anyone who loves the analogue aesthetic with the usual attention to authentic tone.

Zebra Nordsund: Blood is a collection of 300 patches for u-he Zebra2 and ZebraHZ. Nordsund is designed to capture the atmosphere and the darkness of Nordic Noir. The patches were created during bespoke sound design sessions I was doing for the fourth season of Swedish/Danish detective drama, The Bridge. Brooding detectives, cold nights, complex murders, achingly beautiful scenery and sophisticated urban design: Nordsund reflects the sonic landscape of one of the most cutting edge and thrilling European TV series. Grinding basses, industrial textures, silky pads, unstable sequences, tense percussion; Nordsund blends uneasy, moody analogue with dark, taut organic vibes for an authentic slice of melancholy Scandinavian tones. There are a number of time signatures represented in the basslines, synth sequences and drumloops to allow you to build up suspenseful, syncopated tracks. Plus, as always, care has been taken to provide extra dynamic tonal control via the modwheel and the X/Y pads.

Zebra Nordsund: Dusk Dark Edition is a collection of 360 patches for u-he’s Zebra2 and ZebraHZ. Nordsund II continues the legacy begun with original Nordsund, delivering the highest quality synth sounds, inspired by the music for the Nordic Noir film and television genre. Where Nordsund Blood and Gold featured a number of patches designed for season four of the Nordic Noir smash hit, The Bridge, Dusk and Snow have been designed from scratch for this release, building on and advancing the original ideas. Nordsund Dusk is all about the sound of night falling. The darkness providing cover for the secrets lurking in suburbia, criminals and their prey leaving the safety of their homes, downbeat detectives processing witnesses and suspects. Dark and brooding synthetic pulses and spaces. Nordsund Snow conveys the wide open splendour and horror of white, barren landscapes. Frozen enigmas, the dangers hidden, both man made and natural. Vendettas and mysteries, passed down through generations; the clash of cultures and fear of change, as the urban slowly encroaches on the wild. Icy, sparkling, animalistic and intense hybrid-organic synthesis.

Zebra Ultramarine

Zebra Ultramarine is the first soundset for u-he Zebra 2.8, containing 120 cinematic patches. Zebra Ultramarine explores the unique textural capabilities of amazing Zebra 2 and also takes advantage of its comprehensive and intuitive rhythmic engine and powerful oscillators, resulting in a versatile, instantly inspiring scoring collection. Some of the textures are so organic it’s hard to believe that there aren’t any samples involved. While Zebra Ultramarine is primarily designed for scoring applications (Film, TV, Games, Trailers), it will also work great in other genres such as ambient, neoclassical or new age. Patches are carefully programmed with detailed modulation capabilities, offering much more detail per every preset.

Betelgeuse Zebra2 SOUNDSET

Betelgeuse is a brand new soundset of 150 patches for u-he’s Zebra2 synth. Betelgeuse is a collection of malevolent, dramatic and damaged sounds. A well balanced blend of organic and synth sounds specially designed for widescreen scores. Betelgeuse is the darkest collection for Zebra2 inspired by the music of Ben Frost (Dark), Hildur Gudnadottir (Chernobyl), Kyle Dixon & Michael Stein (Stranger Things) and Charlie Clouser (Saw). Betelgeuse also uses pitch shifting techniques to bring that slightly unstable and drifting analogue feel.  Blood pounding basses and basslines, suspenseful percussion loops, dramatic leads and pads, deep infernal soundscapes, dynamic and intriguing emotive sequences, sinister keys and mallets going out of tune, an amalgam of bizarre noises infused with tension and drama which are a delight for cinematic compositions.
