Unleash the true power of Ableton with Venus processing and instruments racks for Live V11.3, Live 12 and onwards (Standard or Suite) Live 11 completely changed the game by elevating Ableton’s macro system with a much-requested 16 macros. This update also introduced macro variation storage slots, which function similarly to presets, offering an intuitive way to save and recall configurations. Plus, with the newly added capability for controlled randomisations, this software takes the much-loved Ableton rack system to brand new heights, and Venus racks take full advantage of all this power. But this is only part of the story. The native inclusion of LFOs, volume-triggered envelopes and user-defined shaper curves in both Standard and Suite editions opened up an entirely new world of processing possibilities that were previously only available in 3rd party plugins. The most modular production suite ever created. Built to empower producers of any genre to explore a new palette of sound and cross pollinate ideas into a new vision. Inspired by the micro-communities that have shaped Dance Music evolution. From the foundational drum design and rave stabs of breakbeat rave, to the melodic and percussive edge of Belgian Techno, the lush, euphoric sound of piano house, and the sub-heavy groove of UK Speed Garage, bundled for modern Electronic Dance Music (EDM) production. Project: StarDance is a pack inspired by the micro-communities that have shaped the pillars of dance music: House, Techno, Rave & UKG. We went a step deeper to curate it further and focused on Breakbeat Rave, Belgian Techno, Piano House, and UK Speed Garage, pulling together a niche variety of sounds that creates something truly unique. This allows artists producing any style of EDM to not just find utility but also discover a new style. This has turned out to be one of our most ambitious projects ever created because we didn’t limit ourselves to just samples. To really dive deep into these worlds, we wanted to give producers real usable tools to both develop their identity and find flow in creation.

EPROM Grind ⚛

EPROM Grind Gritty, punchy drums and dirty synths and FX. Created using an 8-Bit sampler that can burn EPROMs (Oberheim Prommer) and the DMX and DX drum machines to playback the EPROMs. Recorded through lovely high-end gear. This was an incredibly time-consuming process, very much a labour of love. It has been totally worth it, though! This pack is absolutely dripping with old-school character. Drum machines sampled: 808, 909, 707, Mbase, PO32, Cycles, ER-1 and more. Also given the 8-Bit Prommer treatment were various synths, modular synth sounds, custom vinyl drums & synths, acoustic drums and percussion, and even a snare create using layered firework sounds. Included are the samples from the old CustomDMX pack. Many of them have been remastered and tuned! These include all the stock sounds from the DMX. 2841 x wav samples with plenty of kits and instruments pre-mapped for Maschine, Ableton Live, Logic Pro Sampler, Geist, Kontakt and Battery.
