The Customized Combinator patches will be your short cut to great sounds, rhythms and melody lines that are tailor made for this specific sound. The Reggaeton ReFill was put together by the Salazar Brothers, an award winning production crew with a long history of Hip Hop production. ‘Homegrown Cuts’ lets you create the classic sound of Hip Hop. Take it back to the old school with this essential collection of jazzy instrument licks and boom bap drum loops that capture the true essence of the golden age of Hip Hop. Inspired by the pioneers of Hip Hop production such as DJ Premier, Dilla, Rza and Pete Rock, the pack includes funky upright and frettless bass guitar lines, jazz guitar hooks, smoky Rhodes and clav chords, deep synth basslines, orchestral string sounds, horn chops, stuttering MPC drum loops and fat Hip Hop breakbeats that have been masterfully produced to emulate that authentic, crackly, sampled from vinyl sound. This pack of Royalty-Free Hip Hop samples comes in WAV and Acid Loops formats, with playable sampler instrument patches for Halion, Kontakt, Ableton Sampler, NNXT, Motu MachFive and EXS24.
Field recordings of dry ice on metal and bicycle gears/spokes combine with synthesized drum sounds, all resampled and processed through a variety of distortion/saturation fx.
Using a classic Coles 4038 microphone in a hallway, this kit is inspired by classic rock drummers, recorded and produced by Timmy Rickard.
